For financial, privacy and continuity reasons, TechHub is now a separate entity from its administrator. The new entity owning TechHub is named TechHub.social LLC.
It will take some time to get everything sorted out, I estimate the process will be completed by end of August.
Just to clarify, TechHub is still not for profit (not legally registered, but all profits are re-invested) and it is still administered by @nicdex.
